These Terms apply to your use of mandiraamondal.in (the “Site”), operated by Mandiraa Mondal (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an online portfolio of my paintings, exhibitions and background. It is not an online store, and you cannot buy artworks through it.

2. Copyright and ownership

All artworks, photographs, text, logos and other content on the Site are my original works or are used with permission. © Mandiraa Mondal. All rights reserved.

Copyright in each artwork belongs to me. Viewing an artwork on the Site gives you no ownership of it or right to reproduce it.

3. What you may do

• View the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• [Share a link to a page, or share a single image on social media for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit “Mandiraa Mondal”, link back to the Site, and do not crop, edit or remove the copyright notice.]
• Request permission for other uses (see section 4).

4. What you may not do without my written permission

• Copy, download, reproduce, publish, sell or distribute any artwork or image from the Site.
• Print the images or put them on products such as posters, apparel, phone cases or home goods.
• Edit, crop, trace, paint over or make derivative works from my artworks.
• Use the content for any commercial purpose, advertising, stock libraries, NFTs or digital collectibles.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to copy the Site, or use its content to train, test or build artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks or metadata.

To request permission (for press, publications, education or licensing), email mandira77@gmail.com with the artwork title, intended use, medium, location and duration. I will reply if I can accommodate the request. Permission is valid only when I confirm it in writing.

5. Enquiries, sales and commissions

An enquiry about an artwork is not an offer to sell. A sale or commission is binding only when we both agree the price, delivery and other terms in writing. Buying a physical artwork does not transfer its copyright or reproduction rights unless I agree otherwise in writing.

Artworks shown may already be sold, exhibited or unavailable.

6. Accuracy of images and information

Colours may look different on different screens. Sizes shown are approximate. I try to keep the Site accurate, but I do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

7. Testimonials

Testimonials are opinions of the individuals who gave them, shared with their permission.

8. Your messages

Do not send unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam messages through the Site. I may ignore or block them.

9. Third-party links

Links to other sites are for convenience. I do not control them and am not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or inability to use it, including interruptions, errors or the actions of third parties.

11. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is using my work without permission, or you want to report a problem with the Site, email mandira77@gmail.com with the page address and details.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes

I may update these Terms. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
